- Take I-90 West to exit #11 (160th/156th/150th Avenues exit)
- Follow the exit ramp for 156th Avenue SE
- At the light at the end of the exit ramp turn left onto SE Eastgate Way
- Follow SE Eastgate Way past several office complexes and the Humane Society to Factoria Blvd/Richards Road (You will be traveling west, parallel with I-90)
- Turn Right onto Richards Road. You will cross SE 32nd Street, SE 30th Street and Kamber Road
- You will pass a Group Health Cooperative sign and then a set of apartments. After the apartments you will see a one story gray business building with "1808" on the side of the building ("Bannerwood Building") and a sign on the front that says "Advanced Eye Care Solutions".
- Turn right onto the road at the end of the building and immediately right again into the parking area under the building
- Use the middle stairway to go to the second floor and follow the signs to Suite 119
