- Go south on I-5
- Take Highway 405 going south by following exit #182 south toward Bellevue/Renton, stay left and merge onto Highway 405
- Continue south on Highway 405 to Bellevue (past Highway 520)
- Take the exit at SE 9th St. (exit #12) and turn left onto SE 8th St. (SE 8th St. changes names to SE 7th Pl.)
- Turn right at the Lake Hills Connector road
- Stay to the right and exit right onto Richards Road
- Turn left at the first road on the left immediately in front of a one-story gray building that fronts onto Richards Road. The building is named "Bannerwood" and there is a sign on the front that says "Advanced Eye Care Solutions".
- Immediately turn right into the driveway that heads under the gray building
- Use the middle stairway to go to the second floor and follow the signs to Suite 119
